By registering for this event, you agree that you have read and understand the following:

• Registration and Payment: Registration is non-refundable but transferable. You may transfer your spot by finding someone to take over your registration and payment. If the remaining balance is not paid in full, your spot will be forfeited without refund.
• Weather and Conditions: Participants understand that weather and conditions are unpredictable. There is no guarantee of experiencing specific natural phenomena. The itinerary is flexible and planned to accommodate different goals, abilities, and physical capabilities. No discounts or refunds will be given for any changes to the schedule.
• Workshop Cancellation or Postponement: If the workshop cannot proceed due to external factors (e.g., country or venue restrictions), participants will have the option to postpone or receive a refund.
• Travel Preparedness: Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all health and safety travel requirements and can attend the workshop. Travel and medical insurance is required.
• Cancellation by Organizer: Viktoria Haack reserves the right to cancel the workshop for reasons such as insufficient participants, family emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of the workshop fee only. No compensation for other costs (e.g., travel, accommodation) will be provided. Travel insurance is recommended.
• Liability and Risk Waiver:
  You acknowledge that participation in outdoor photography, including the activities involved in this workshop, carries inherent risks that cannot be fully controlled or mitigated. You, for yourself and your heirs, waive, release, and discharge Viktoria Haack Photography, its assistants, affiliates, and representatives from any liability for injury, death, property damage, or loss, including those arising from unforeseen circumstances. This release extends to include all unknown or unanticipated risks, and participants are responsible for bringing appropriate gear and selecting activities suited to their physical capabilities. Your participation is at your own risk.
• Participant Behavior: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during the workshop, both towards instructors and other participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
